Lumenate Accepted to the Symantec Technical Support Partner TSPP Program
Dallas, TX, November 8, 2011 – Lumenate, a leading technical consulting firm located in the South Central United States has been accepted into the Symantec™ Technical Support Partner Program (TSPP). Lumenate’s superb Customer Support organization is now available to help a larger group of customers with their technical software needs around Symantec availability products. In addition, Lumenate is one of only eight TSPP participants nationwide that have passed Symantec’s rigorous training, systems and call management requirements to participate in the program.

- Renewals infrastructure
- Fully-trained for each product, using Symantec’s internal support readiness training curriculum
