Our History
Lumenate has built our reputation and ongoing success on the strength of our loyal customer base, technical capabilities, partnerships with leading manufacturers and our expertise in Storage, Virtualization, Security and Networking. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Lumenate has offices across the Southwest and East Coast that serve national and international customers.
From our earliest days, Lumenate has been recognized for our unique approach. In 2011 and 2012, Lumenate embarked on a series of acquisitions designed to enhance our customer-focused solutions and broaden our service practice offerings, beginning with the purchase of a division of Stonebridge Technologies, Inc. This acquisition strengthened Lumenate’s information technology consultation and implementation services.
In January 2012, Lumenate purchased Texas-based network security solutions firm, ANI Direct. With this acquisition, we added a Security Practice to our existing portfolio of services and solutions to solve the increasingly complex end-to-end security needs of clients and prospects.
In April 2012, Lumenate completed the acquisition of Houston-based network and security solutions firm, Troubadour Ltd. The Troubadour purchase further complemented Lumenate’s portfolio, strengthened our geographic reach, and vastly expanded our capabilities in the network, collaboration, security and datacenter space.
In December 2012, Lumenate merged with Marlborough, MA-based, International Computerware, Inc.. ICI is a twenty-six year old technical consulting firm with deep roots in developing innovative technology and process optimization. As a member of the 2011 TechAmerica Commission to accelerate the U.S Deployment of Cloud Computing strategy, ICI brings a unique blend of process-driven thought leadership along with an award-winning team of technical innovators and pioneers.
Collectively, Lumenate has vastly strengthened our ongoing commitment to helping clients accelerate and refine the adoption of next-generation converged infrastructures and cloud-based computing models that dramatically reduce the cost of IT while improving time-to-market.
